Purchase Price

Real Estate Lawyer Fees for Purchase in Ontario is $999 + Tax.

Our Real Estate Lawyer fee for a cash purchase is $999 + Tax. Add $99 if purchasing with a mortgage. We charge flat legal fees for buying a property and do not charge additional fees if your property value is higher.

What is Included in Legal Fees:

  •  All internal law office disbursements include file opening charges, fax, photocopies, phone, postage, and travel.
  •  Review of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, review of title search, writ search, title insurance. Drafting and registering all closing documents, including title transfer and mortgage documents and completing the real estate purchase per the highest standards and protocols.
  •  One Appointment/ Mobile Signing.
  • Third-Party Closing Costs NOT included;
  •  Land Transfer Tax;
  •  Title Insurance (As Per Invoice);
  •  Registration cost of $82.0 per Transfer or Mortgage;
  •  Flat third-party disbursements cost $350 + HST for one title search, two writ searches, two execution searches, bank charges, wire charges, conveyancer charges, software charges. Important Note: We have capped and disclosed third-party disbursements at $350 + Tax. There are no hidden charges last minute. gage;
